The Elliston Park 3000 Condo Corporation reached out to Certified alarms in late 2014 to build and plan an enhanced CCTV system for our 186 unit condo complex in S.E Calgary. Certified alarms and their highly qualified staff were beyond professional from the very start of the project. The Planned out a camera system that gave us visual access to over 90% of our building common property both interior and exterior, with a camera system that records crystal clear and high quality images. Since the system was fully installed and brought on line, numerous criminal charges have been laid against both residents and non-residents alike for a vast array of crimes. This system has already provided the corporation with an increased return on investment in mere months and has allowed the corporation to save a great deal of money by being able to prove who maliciously caused damages to our property. The system has been used to help identify drivers in hit and runs surrounding the building surface streets and acts of vandalism at the near-by city bus shelter. It has also lead to the apprehension and identity of several individuals who not only broke into the building, but also who broke into vehicles in the underground parking lot. Their installation crews took every care and precaution to minimize the amount of access ports to pull wires, bundled and labeled cables and lines for easy tracing and took a great deal of time to train our Board Of Directors on proper system usage! My overall experiences with Certified has been overwhelmingly positive and will continue to work with them on future security and monitoring projects.
